How do I place an order?

What are your delivery times?
We aim to deliver all in-stock items within 48 hours. Times may be extended during busy Seasonal periods.
What happens if an item is damaged or faulty?

Toy Buddy proudly distribute quality items however if you do encounter an issue please email us as soon as possible at: info@toybuddy.com

Do not return an item without first contacting Toy Buddy as a Returns Reference number will be allocated.

What is your minimum order?
On all UK orders Carriage Paid is £300. On orders under £300 a carriage of £10 will be added
How can I pay?

Our credit terms are net 30 days from invoice.

If you are an existing customer and need to check your credit limit or if you would like to apply for a credit account please email info@toybuddy.com

All new accounts and first orders will be invoiced on a pro forma basis and must be paid before despatch of goods.
